1. Non refundable nature of all payments
All payments made to PT WEAREBRAND PRODUCTION DIGITAL are strictly non refundable. Once the client submits a payment, no refund will be granted under any circumstance. This applies to deposits, partial payments, progress payments, milestone payments and full payments.

Issuing a payment confirms that the client accepts this policy in its entirety.

2. Immediate internal mobilisation after payment
When a payment is received, PT WEAREBRAND PRODUCTION DIGITAL immediately begins internal organisation for the project. This includes allocation of team members, planning, coordination, research and scheduling.

A significant part of the creative and operational work happens before the client receives the first visible deliverables. These steps include
• preparation of concepts and mockups
• internal meetings between designers, developers and project managers
• booking of specialists such as videographers or photographers
• structuring of timelines and workflow sequences
• initial creative research and analysis
• technical setup for digital and website projects

This preliminary work demands time, commitment and cost and is therefore non reversible.

3. Costs incurred by the company from the moment payment is made
Upon receiving payment, PT WEAREBRAND PRODUCTION DIGITAL may immediately incur expenses necessary for the project. These costs can include

• remuneration of team members who are paid per project
• booking or hiring external specialists
• rental of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, drones or studio setups
• purchase of plugins, software, extensions and digital licences for website creation
• acquisition of paid tools required for animations, 3D elements or advanced interactive features
• preparation materials for photo or video production
• any operational or creative resources required to deliver the service at the level of quality expected from a premium agency

These costs are immediate and cannot be cancelled, which reinforces the non refundable nature of all payments.

By issuing any payment to PT WEAREBRAND PRODUCTION DIGITAL, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

This document is publicly available on our website www.wearebrand.io and accessible through our social media profiles and communication links.

No refund, chargeback or payment dispute can be initiated once a payment is processed, since the client acknowledges the present terms before proceeding.

6. Final acknowledgment
Issuing a payment acts as a binding confirmation that the client agrees to all conditions stated in this document. PT WEAREBRAND PRODUCTION DIGITAL commits to delivering exceptional work and the client accepts that all payments are final and non refundable.
