1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all services provided by WEAREBRAND, including website design, development, branding, and digital services.

By engaging WEAREBRAND, the client fully accepts these terms.


2. Services
WEAREBRAND provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • website design and development
  • e-commerce development
  • branding and creative direction
  • consulting and strategy

Each project is defined by a quotation, proposal, or agreement validated by the client.


3. Pricing
Pricing is defined based on the scope, complexity, and requirements of each project.

All prices are communicated in the currency relevant to the client’s location or project context.

WEAREBRAND accepts payments in the following currencies:

  • USD (US Dollar)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)
  • AUD (Australian Dollar)
  • GBP (British Pound)
  • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

Any additional request outside the initial agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.


4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before the start of the project.

No work will begin until the payment has been received and confirmed.

All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Any bank fees, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.


5. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • late client feedback
  • missing content or assets
  • external factors beyond WEAREBRAND’s control

WEAREBRAND cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client.


6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

  • provide all necessary content, assets, and information
  • ensure accuracy of the information provided
  • respond within reasonable timeframes
  • hold the rights to use any materials submitted

Any delay or failure to provide required elements may impact delivery timelines.


7. Revisions
Revisions are included within reasonable limits depending on the project scope.

Requests that exceed the agreed scope or significantly alter the direction of the project may be subject to additional billing.


8. Delivery
A project is considered delivered when:

  • the website is published online
    or
  • final files are provided to the client

Final delivery implies acceptance of the work.


9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client obtains ownership of the final deliverables.

WEAREBRAND retains the right to:

  • display the work in its portfolio
  • use the project for promotional purposes

Any work delivered prior to full payment remains the property of WEAREBRAND.


10. Liability
WEAREBRAND is committed to delivering high-quality services but does not guarantee specific commercial results, including sales performance or SEO rankings.

WEAREBRAND shall not be held liable for:

  • third-party services (including hosting providers, CMS platforms, plugins, or payment gateways)
  • technical issues beyond its control
  • indirect or consequential damages

11. Maintenance and Support
Basic technical stability is ensured after delivery.

Additional maintenance, updates, or support services may be provided upon request and may be subject to additional fees.


12. Termination
If the client cancels the project:

  • all payments made are non-refundable
  • work already completed remains payable

WEAREBRAND reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project in case of:

  • non-payment
  • lack of communication
  • breach of these terms

13. Force Majeure
WEAREBRAND shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.


14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international commercial laws.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
